Man arrested in Mound House stabbing: A 42-year-old Mound House man was jailed Thursday morning in a stabbing Wednesday night on Calcite Drive. Mound House businesses burgled: Lyon County police are investigating a break-in this weekend in which power was cut to the Mound House General Store and Walt's Ya'll Come Back Saloon off Affonso Drive. Allen W. Stinger: Allen W. Stinger, 54, a Mound House resident, died May 15, 2008. Allen was born Sept. 28, 1953 in Virginia. A memorial service will be 2 pm, Wednesday, at the First Christian Church of Carson City.
